My drawing skills are not good enough yet to get a nice stealthy ship, same for the funnel. I know it all looks a bit simple, but my skills will have to improve and I am working on that. After all, it is the beginners drawings forum. About the gun, I am still struggling with it a bit. I like the OTO...

As promised, here is my new Gunboat: http://i1106.photobucket.com/albums/h372/Klaasgras/AFSSII.png As you can see it is much bigger now, maybe a bit to big. I have added another gun, 8 Harpoon missiles and ESSM for better AAW capacity. And because I needed the VLS for the ESSM any way, I have kept t...

Well, I mainly stick to NATO equipment and if possible European. My next version of the Amphibious Fire Support Ship will be bigger and will have a small AAW capacity, but her main task will still be support fire. Does someone has an idea about a replacement for the Tomahawks?

And yes, I am Dutch.

klaasgras, I don't know if the I-mast 400 system is the right fit for this ship. there are also some shipbucket style problems on it, but I let that to the mods.... I only like to ask you to use the newest parts which you can find in the parts sheet discussion part of these forums. I have to say bt...

I understand your points. The Tomahawk are indeed a bit too much, does anyone has a better SSM. About the stealht part: I have tried to make it a bit stealthy. But since it is my first ever drawing, I will have to look at it again and redraw some parts. Perhaps you can say which parts should be bett...

Hello to you all, I discovered this forum a few days ago and since I am interested in marine warfare, I decided to draw a Ship. I came up with a idea to give the old fashioned gunboat a second start. So I drew one this afternoon, but unfortunately, I have some problems, I cant seem to get the good f...
