And Biancini I'm not sure what you mean, there's too much dark? I'm actually redoing the colors right now so I'll see what I can do.

Alright, do I have any placement issues I should address before getting to the little details and such? I've added the wing turrets by suggestion from a friend on Flickr, they're only 6in guns so I don't think having twin turrets would be too wide, but I tried to keep them away from the casemates ju...

Alright, I'll drop the windows then, but I'd like to keep the name plate at least. I was thinking it was similar to HeuHeu's Superior class's stern, only instead of having an inset deck, I had an outset deck.

A huge weakness? Like a big enough one where the designers would throw it out? Or one they may overlook until the ship actually gets into battle? And honestly, I'm not sure yet. Unless you'd strongly suggest I close the gap I just like having it. I know I'm going to have a crane back there somewhere...

Alright here's an update. I dropped the secondaries, saving them for the refit, and included some casemate guns instead. Changed the bow, and the stern as a throwback. Not really sure how feasible it is, let me know. Changed the class name, this fits better. Added the fourth main gun, sketched the s...

And, while I'll still change it due to time period, the bulbous bow on the Nimitz class is pretty similar to my own. http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/ship/bulbous-bow.htm And with the Yamato basically inventing it in the 40s I'll just take it upon my Nation to invent it instead during ...

Is there a reason warships don't use bulbous bows? I would think with them traveling large distances across the globe they would benefit from the lower fuel consumption, and I'm not finding any drawbacks to them. And I can drop the specialized support ship idea, no problems there, and I can drop the...

Well that's why I posted it now before continuing Lol. I checked the bulbous bow and it was supposedly invented around the 20s, but used mainly by civilian ships for a long time due to military distrust of it (Which happens with 'all' good technology). I wasn't aware it was still so rare o.0 May I a...
