I think someone drew the A-3 ages ago but its probably pretty ropey for modern drawings.
There is an A-4, there was one on the Argentine carrier drawings for sure I think.

I guess it would slightly pre-date the major efforts at dazzle practiced by the Royal Navy and this seems to be somehwat different from counter-shading though it could have been an idea to take that to the next step to break up the outline of the ship. The chevrons on the funnels and mast are an odd...
