It looks like an early Scharnhorst design. The Ersatz Elass that was laid down was more less the standard Deutschland design with 2x3 11in turrets.
The design shown here must be an early one when the design was recast with three turrets.

Welcome aboard. These are very interesting additions. Style wise the main points are; don't forget the shadow shading underneath all overhangs and platforms, all plaforms and overhanging decks should be 3 pixels thick (black-colour-black) and don't forget any small details (deck equipment etc.) that...
