These are an interesting design.
They are probably a little overloaded and cramped, it feels like your trying to do a lot on a cheap hull.
Two tubes for 'Bidder' seems a bit low, maybe swap them for twins if there is room or additional single tubes.

This looks much better, pretty much spot on.
The RN tried to do some ambitious refits so the precedent is there and of course the Leanders had a long life so it makes sense to get the most from them.
