There was a KKV doing the rounds of the internet years ago but I think it was an interpretation rather than a real plan. Smurf is the man to ask as he is a Royal Navy cruiser expert. He does visit here but infrequently....

My first book, The Admiralty and the Helicopter , has been published this week. The book charts the development of the Admiralty’s requirements and the numerous projects and design studies drawn up to fulfil them from the early 1950s to the present day. These range from the cancelled Bristol Type 19...

At the risk of improving a competing drawing, I have to point out that the Super Orao/Super Vultur is lacking any arrestor hook...

Really nice to see the Vanguard in its planned Swedish colours and the Hastings B.1 looks good in Aeronavale colours too.

Great additions from everyone! Charguizard, Many thanks for adding that side-view, it looks great. Zaitsev556, That is a nice start. It looks nicely detailed. You might want to improve the smoothness of the lines on the angles and curved sections however, e.g. the windscreen and rear ramp. That will...

Very nice additions.

Charguizard,

And I agree with your statement on front views, they are pretty tricky to get right at this small scale.

Those are fantastic!

I have to ask though, is the DANA correctly scaled as it seems smaller than I would have expected compared to the other Tatra 815 truck chassis shown.
