If the 54,1m figure for the TU-160 length is correct then it should be 1.195 pixels long in FD scale. Currently the drawing is 1.109.

Looks cool, and a pretty interesting what-if model. If you like some suggestions, I'd personally try to implement some more of the aerodynamic improvements of the MD-11 (maybe except of the reduced horizontal stabilizer which made it much faster and tricky to be handled during landing). For 1938 it is a bit early to have an IJN IFF, even if its on a carrier. The target tracing installation on top of the tripd mast is also a part of the fire-control suite for IJN Battleships, and cannot go alone anyway, it needs to be used together with the direction controller and speed controller....

If the bow separated from the hull near the surface because of torpedo damage it would not be strange to have it reach the floor away from the main wreck (Titanic to quote the most known example, split in two on the surface and the two halves are 600m -or 2000feet- apart on the bottom).
