These have been posted on Real Design forums and received a few comments. I hope that means they are good enough to be offered here. I am new here, so I don't have a clue how to host these pictures somewhere else, so I have attached them. Real Design - Japan J_FAC_Hayabusha.png Real Design - Germany...

I didn't realize there was a "right blue." I will take a window off one of the accepted real designs. Thanks. No, I didn't have that line drawing (it looks like it is from a model kit). I had a scan of a line drawing. Is there a website that you can get more line drawings like that? That seems to be...

Saw this vessel on the web. It's a Japanese Fast Attack Craft. Hayabusha Class. There are six in service. Here is a nice side view. This looks like it would be a very cool off-the-shelf Cyclone PC replacement, since they all have structural issues and have been taken out of service. http://www.globa...

The Brazilian Navy has a river monitor in service now that was first commisioned into their Navy in 1938. It received a major upgrade/modernization in 1998-99 that replaced the old reciprocating machinery with diesels, added a helicopter landing pad, and changed the armament fit. For more details on...

I hope Darth Panda does not mind, but I took his excellent LCI drawing and, just like was really done in WW II, converted it to a Landing Craft Support (Large). I am not sure about the three inch gun on the bow, but I grabbed it from a contemporary, Gunship's tug Cherokee. I used the 40mm off the pa...

Class of two; Helgoland and Borkum SWATH = Small Waterplane Area Twin Hull Gets almost all its buoyancy from two submerged, torpedo-like hulls. Narrow struts support the upper hull / superstructure. Submerged hulls and small waterplane area leads to exceptional sea-keeping qualities. For reference, ...

Thanks for the kind words.

I did not know that AU was closed.

I will try my luck with the Borkum real design then.
