I tried to feed the software with correct armaments weight and SS didn't accept them. Considering I've given SS the numbers for superheavies and it's taken them, this seems to be a chair-keyboard interface issue. Or, maybe, an incompatibility with Portuguese ABNT 2 keybord. I developed a lot of air...

I'm redesigning my proposal after I read the comments about my Treaty Cruiser work. It's the same ship, but with different collouring and details.

Well it's very easy to implement that into SS In fact, it already is Every computer ought to have a web browser where you can access these databases and manually input their data where relevant. If you're using this site, you have a web browser. Happy drawing! I tried to feed the software with corr...

Thank you! My principal question is why not to use an armament database when they were available online. I made a battlecruiser design that uses Imperatritsa Mariya turrets. According NavWaps they weight 872 mt each. If you could choose the equipment, you'll have a better prevision.

This is the secondary reason. If this technology was really possible in late WW1, we would see Frobishers and Emeralds with turrets and Omahas with superfiring layout. However, no cruisers had superfiring layout until Duguay-Trouin. For example, one of the very first US cruiser designs with superfi...

Tamandaré was born after the Brazilian naval attacher in Paris was alerted, in 1932, by Marine Nationale officers that two Imperatritsa Mariya Russian Battleships interned in Toulon were to be scrapped. They remembered the Brazilian officer the excelent performance of Russian guns. With some moderni...

Its hard to do without having any similar analogs in real life and/or SpringSharp report. Still I see no reason to spend money on 4x2 210 mm ship if it is possible to spend a bit more money for much more poweful ship like a battlecruiser or to build two or even more light raiders capable of commerc...

You see, your Ersatz Scharnhorst is way too expensive as a raider and besides building of armored cruisers in Germany, especailly after battle of Falkland is not simply unlikely, its a strategical fault. From Wikipedia: ...The Battle of the Falkland Islands showed graphically how much technology an...
