I can be a judge too as I propably wont have time to participate in this. Also as with Hood, USN ships are not my specialty at all

My idea is to have the judging done as in OP, it means three different votes, which results will be allocated into points that makes up the final score.

Change of the judging method? There are no Sb rules regarding the challenges, only some sort of contiunity from challenge to challenge.
