Sorry to say, but this is not a very good looking drawing. Which is not your fault, but most likely so because the base drawing is about 10 years old and hardly representative among the current shipbucket drawings. there is an Mk 32 SVTT which can be fired trough the hatch just in front of the hangar on most SIGMA ships, I suppose this one is the same.

Yeah, I suspect your reactor, which on most subs is full height of the pressure hull, would go exactly where the rescue pods are positioned. Most of the crew is far forward of that, would it not be more likely to put them in or near your command tower? They are pressure hulled themselves, so no need...
