The stern arrangement is odd, maybe the propellers are meant to be on the end of that odd skeg?

The Type 21 looks great, even better than the previous version we had in the archive.
Tone looks good and the Orsas are outstanding too! I was just wondering last week when the last time anybody drew an Italian warship.
