Here is the last Light Cruiser Design of the Royal Hellenic Navy. Here is a version with no cap and lower forward funnel...same height as the aft on!
I thing has a more balanced shape and view!

Thanks a lot guys! I can remove the cap and it can be added again a few years later...1938 for example! As for the Turkish Flag in the Badge....
