The remaining 20s drawings to have the light grey has been repainted into #5 Navy Grey, and have had their rigging and armor belts updated. Now the last two features has to be added onto all of the other drawings.

Like many countries they were quite optimistic and had allocated money for 3 ships. The Spanish wanted no less than six, and the Dutch wanted 9.
