Well in this particular scenario, one of the differences to the timeline is that the UK government prevented the Rolls Royce buyout of Bristol Siddeley on competition grounds, meaning that there were still two major aero engine manufacturers.

I was thinking 10-12,000shp, being based on early Olympus models. It'd put the design somewhere between the C-133 and An-22 in terms of performance and payload.

Thanks, Hood. It was the nose that didn't look quite right to me, but if it looks okay to everyone I'll get on with the B-model. Panel detailing was based on the only decent line drawing of the A I could find.
