A very nice one. Is it a real Hall Russels design, or just your personnal interpertation of a design by them?
AFIK there was talk about an OPV which combined features from the Peacock class and Castle class OPV's

Radars are unique to Canadian ships, apart from the top-most which is American SPS-10.
Below it the airsearch is Canadian SPS-502.

If you are that set on having some kind of AEW aircraft maybe you should look into the RN soloution which was having the radar on a SeaKing helicopter.

I totally agree with Thiel here. Hull steel is cheap. What makes a ship expensive are the systems installed. If building a big frigate 'fitted for, but not with', you have aship with a growth margin which can be utilised at a later date for installing systems, or upgrading the ship, with newer syste...
