My idea was that, RHN was in need of a fast BattleCruiser which would have the ability of AA role and Airstrike when it will be needed. As you know Aegean sea is full of small islands and it is not possible to have air support facilities to the majority of them. Also from the early 30's it was obvio...

For sure these two ships were not similar designs!
Vasilefs Georgios was a central battery ironclad & Olga
was a full deck battery similar with HMS Warior & La Gloire.

the infos are general for both ships...as for photos or drawings ... i thing very rare.
I have only one bad quality photo of Vasilisa Olga and none of Vasilefs Georgios.

So...here is a third version, I redesign the stern in order to be placed one screw...the stern took a V shape. I aslo add a kind of sonar or Hydrophone place fwd at vessel's bow. So...i added abt 6 mtrs of length aftward...and change position to some ASW weapons...and on the 40mm

Here is a design for a PB for the Royal Hellenic Navy.

The characteristics are:
65m x 9m x 3m
1 x 4'' double porpose AA gun
1 x 2 x 40 mm AA guns
2 x 2 x 20 mm AA guns
Depth Charges &
A system similar to the WWII "Hedgehog"

Yes, my idea was for a conning tower up there!...so your sugestion is to remove that and do something like a support of the rangefinder?
