I came across this page while browsing for Van Speijk's designs. I think you add excessive count of weapons, which sometimes duplicate their purpose. Also check Type 2B and Type 3A Goalkeeper position - this system uses large underdeck space, so the way you mounted it, it will use hangar space, you ...

As i know, torpedo tubes never used on Halland class. They were theoretically operational, but never loaded. Same as taiwanese ASROC's :) About missile loadouts, i suppose no magazine or reloads exists. Missiles are too big, and it seems there is no place for even for storage, not to mention loading...
