My inital thoughts are: Too many portholes Why the change in the level of portholes aft? Where is the armoured belt? Middle area looks ok, no need to over clutter the drawing. Probanly would be wise to move the one set underwater torpedo tubes to aft as you've not got much space there for the forwar...

The Type 978 might be better on the forward side of the foremast. Also where is the Sea Slug magazine, that alone will eat up a lot of space.

It will be interesting to see how this DDG progresses.
Not sure the stern gun is a good idea, I'm not sure there would be enough room in the hull there for a decent magazine. I agree with the bow SAM position though.

As a rule of thumb 16-17 pixels should be the average height of a deck.
The hull needs to be taller too, those two decks are very tight. Generally though this is a fine start.
