Can the drawing be a ship/vessel that already appears in the archive?

Either a redraw of a later/earlier version of a drawing that exists, or a complete redraw of one of the early gif drawings that still exist in the archive?

Only query that came to mind was that all of the British / Commonwealth aircraft are all marked as 'Warhawk' when the British named them 'Kittyhawks'?

17,000 tons would not be big for what is a mini-battlecruiser. I would back your cruiser against a Panzerschiff any day.

I would rate it as a CB (large cruiser) rather than CA (heavy cruiser).
