Good looking cruiser. The secondary AA looks a bit light with only four guns. Would it be possible to extend the aft superstructure enough to fit another twin 3.5", superfiring over X turret?

(The Germans used that configuration on the SP-1-3 scout cruisers)

The little almost round things in the middle of the lower hull are actually submerged torpedoes.

In the 1922 version, you have the torpedo showing but the tubes have been removed. I would be tempted to add another couple of 5.5" in broadside positions just behind the bridge at the forecastle break. Three main guns just looks a bit light.
