Amazing work darthpanda. Nice to see lesser known experimental soviet submarines too.

Do you also plan "Yankee Stretch", the submersible mothership ?

Amazing work DP. But I think that Yankee Notch was a 1982-1991 conversion of older Yankee class boats into SSGNs rather than 1970s. As built, K-253 was a standard Yankee class SSBN in 1969: https://www.globalsecurity.org/wmd/world/russia/667AR.htm As deepstorm states, K-253 was converted between 198...

Amazing job Gollevainen. Very comprehensive array of equipment and finely detailed drawings. The scenario is also really plausible too. No doubt that things would have been very different if the history had taken different tracks back then in Finland.

It is perfect, beautiful and realistic. Look 20 seconds into the drawing and you are catapulted for a strike mission over 'Nam.

Just a small detail I forgot to tell you about. I think the main mast should be black (please check the photos). Otherwise everything is perfectly well done. Amazing.

Congratulations to Gollevainen. It was an excellent drawing from the Grandmaster of Soviet military hardware.

It must have had a crazy underwater speed Numbers I have seen on the internett suggest a top speed of 40 knots, but how fast it would have been in reality...? Although Project 705K ALFA Class could do 41 knots and it used many of the design features from project 673. (Project 661 Anchar / Papa clas...

(Lemurians? ) Well, I think Lemuria is the name of the legendary continent/land between the Indian and Pacific oceans, roughly on the place of today's Indonesia. The drawing is great as usual. Also it is nice to see Thiarians re-started to apply raider blue back on their subs again, IMHO looks much...
