Of course its damn great. I didn't expect anything less than great from Bill. Looks just as good as I imagined it would. SB drawings help to flesh out the diagrams in some books. Makes them a bit more realistic.

I'd like to see it Bill. At this scale what looks right is sometimes better than detail alone. Anyway we need to sort out which Wasp to use!

I'd never thought of brown ropes and stays. Just never occured to me, its always been grey. Might look quite good actually. I agree on the ram bow shading too. Really this is a fine effort especailly since these French ships of this era have quite odd shapes and layouts compared to the conventions o...

Much better. Even if the stern .50 Brownings leave me perplexed!

Never been on this IRC channel. Don't really intend to. Chat forums about forums seems to be a box inside a box to me. What's the point? Like I say, bring back the good old days. Anyone who knew Mconrads from the dawn of SB would know he wouldn't do anything like that. I'd rather hope most members h...

I like this ship. CDS vessels are rare on these boards. Quite a sound design, although the foremast seems a bit heavy with all those platfrom etc on it. Certainly looks right period wise and the deep hull for the barbettes is also good to compensate for the need for small draught. The 30s refit look...

Looks pretty good to me. This guy has some natural talent for sure. Can't wait to see more work and at least he seems to choose lesser known subjects to draw too. Great stuff.

A very interesting design. Even with those questions over the gun and Wessex its certainly a potent ship for ASW. I like the use of Sea Mauler (I think this is the first ship I've ever seen on SB where an artist has used my Sea Mauler missile, launcher and radars!) but of course stating true to reali...

Not sure on the beam guns (placement or utility) nor the inadeqaute turret drawing, but I agree its an interesting concept. The palcement of the triple 25mm need work too. Are they centreline or sided mounts? If the latter they probably overhang the deck since agano isn't particularilly beamy.

I doubt it would work. Photobucket might have something to say about it... (given the name only started becuase we used to have a photobucket account for all our ships). Then again which members here today can remember that era? Please less jokes, less stunts, less moaning, more drawing, more ships....
