SPY-1 type radars re-arranged and superstructure further armored and enlarged. This should make a little more sense.

Im not quite sure, Ive been up close to the propellors, and from what I could tell it was not a coating on brass, but rather a silver colored metal.

CWIS will be placed in areas 100 feet from barrel reach as a limit. The spacing between A and B turret will be tightened to provide more room for missiles. Furthermore, why replace when you can renovate, for instance, USS Kitty Hawk and USS Constellation could be improved and prove suitable for further service, yet instead they sit as storage.

However, they also make fine targets, large ones at that. Yes, smaller carriers make equally opportune targets, yet they are not as costly to lose as a nuclear carrier and it's 5000 men.

hell Im actually against the construction of nuclear carriers because they're TOO BIG AND EXPENSIVE!
