I do think this is a pretty good idea, but not as an update for all parts sheets. Rather as a stand-alone thread.

That being said this is pretty helpful. I had no idea how much deck penetration that big 8' US gun actually had, it is a lot less than I had expected.

It really is a shame it was cancelled, because it would have given JSF performance at least a decade earlier. Well, with only marginal stealth. The real selling point of the JSF is its electronics suite\radar actually, which the P1216 obviously would not have either... But meh. A decade earlier and...

wait what? 8 years ago?..... must be more, I have never seen it and I have every single Kijk there is since november 2003 :P You read Kijk too? Awesome. I don't remember when it was. It was somewhere around 8 years ago; but I'm pretty sure it was at least after they redid the format back in late 20...

I remember that Queen Liz. It was in Kijk magazine around 8 years ago, and I was pretty impressed by it back then. Not saying much because I barely had any knowledge about carriers back then...

AU carrier for P.1216 would be even more awesome. Glorious Queen Liz\CVA-01 crossover ftw. :D

Looks good! Small warning for the Star Wars drawings: Darth Panda drew some of them earlier on the old forums.

BAe P.1216 ASTOVL I think I've found a new favorite jet aircraft. The mix between Sea Vixen and Sea Harrier with some F-14 influence is absolutely glorious in all meanings of the word. And Miko's drawing of it is really nice. This fighter and the CVA-01 would make such a brilliant - or rather, sple...
