Personally,if i knew those spanish plans, i didn't saw the wikipedia page, which is very interesting!

But i don't get what this have to do with french build ship, especially as none of those planned were supposed to be purchased from french yards (as much as i know)

So may i suggest 3 ameriacn ship :
- Mexican corvette Zaragoza,
- Brazilian bcoast defence ship Deodoro,
- Chilean battleship CAPITÁN PRAT.

Documents for these ships are available on internet.
J've only lacked yet to find Zaragoza blueprint........

So it still lacks USS Iowa, Maine class, Virginia class, Connecticut class ,Mississippi class (in USN pattern, not a lot of work i guess)..........

+ the armored cruiser Pennsylvania class and Tennessee class.

Exellente drawing to me!
But:
- As the never built Salamis was supposed to use 14-inch guns, and the Vasilefs Konstantinos 340mm/45 Modèle 1912 guns , aint 12inch guns are a bit small?
- Bulding a battleship, especially for the first time, don't take longer than 18 months?
