Hi Keisser, Are you sure about those turrets? The overhang at the back has to balance out the weight of the guns at the front (remember, these turrets aren't held down by anything, they just rest their weight on the ship structure - so they have to balance within that barbette or they'd tip) - I've ...

Hi GD,

The drawings look great, but I think there's a typo in the text:

Wrong war?

Hi GD,

Was the loss of the Magdeburg and her codebooks known by the Germans by that point? If so, perhaps not the most auspicious name to use...

Hi Judah,

A quick question ... wouldn't the hangar doors have much larger radii on the curves - note the hangar doors on paul_541's Nimitz:

Hi Odin, I think it's something that's been mentioned previously but the ship's a bit wonky - SB standard is that the waterline is flat - yours is two pixels higher at the back then the front - and the bottom of the hull slopes if necessary. I think you've got the bottom of the hull flat and sloping...

Hi Keisser,

A quick question - do you know of any ships from this timeframe of this tonnage that are propelled by only two propellers? I'm pretty sure you're a couple (or one, if you're following German practice) of props short for the size of the thing...

Adam

Hi Keisser,

I think the issue is that your design shows only two shafts. Everything I'm aware of from that sort of time would require four shafts to move a ship of that size.

Adam

Edit: English, apparently I don't speak it...

Well, bear in mind I'm a total wiki noob, here's how I did it: First, create an account. Second, type the phrase you want to use (For the sake of example, let's call it "Gollyverse") in the search box. You'll probably want to use the phrase "Category:Gollyverse" so you can create different data page...
