the large mast is needed for the smart-l. the smallest you can put beneath it is an mast like the one on the dokdo class. the reason for this heavy foot is it's stabilisation system.

the only thing I miss on board is some sort of hangar where you can do maintenance to the planes. if this is not on board, the ship is a lot less independent from the shore

don't use directors apart from the apar. it is not needed, although some gun directors might be needed, if you are going to keep all those. besides, better use SMART-L with the APAR, those are designed to work together btw, what are those aircraft you have drawn by the bow? where did you want to lan...

bulvarks...the part of the hull that actually rises atop the main deck level should be in same tone as the other parts of the upper works. Also the picture shows some sort of rigging around the lifeboat containers (wich should be drawn in front of the railing, not behind.) that misses from the draw...
