Amazing work! I always hated the green and gray paintjob Cunard gave their ships when they started cruising instead of doing transatlantic crossings, though.

Could you give me a visual example? As for the name I was flipping randomly through a high school yearbook of mine and I chose that name thinking to my self "That sound like a good name for an ocean liner". I've never seen a liner that wasn't German with the funnels uneven like that. I guess Gibbs was also influenced by the NDL 4 stackers. He definitely was. He always admired speed over size (Boston, and the Big U combined both). He was probably most influenced by the Mauretania and Lusitania, althoug...
