I'm sorry to say this but your Heavy Bomber wouldn't be built. Think of the development costs for just 3 aircraft. You would be able to afford a hell of a lot more F-15E class attack aircraft for the cost of just one of them. The economies of scale just don't seem to work....

Why not ASRAAM or even the (believed to be ) planned version of CAMM as a SRAAM? Also why the air-launched ESSM, isn't it a bit bulky for what it offers to be worth aerial carriage? I would personally, judging by the size of the rest of your forces operate something along the lines of the Juan Carlos 1 or Tarawa/Wasp and 2 LSL (Like the Bay Class).
