I think I would. Different propulsor and sail is one thing, but completely reworking the torpedo room doesn't make a great deal of sense with regards to the backstory.

Some WAAs of some sort would make sense, if you want to go that route.

No bow sonars on any of the CGs? VLS fit also seems a bit feeble, given the amount of money already sunk into electronics and such.

There is nowhere near enough space between the hull-pods and the bottom of the superstructure block.

Not bad looking as far as hack jobs go. Why the extra pair of torpedo tubes? That's a big big (expensive) change.

Because, honestly, who cares about ship-launched Harpoon? If you had more money (and open VLS cells) than sense, sure, but there are better things to do.
