on that photo the light is coming from slightly aft. but in shipbucket we do the drawing with the light coming in from front... basicly the ship is sailing toward the sun

We used photobucket before, when it was free to use, but they have locked everything up now, and you have to pay to see them.

Many old post will have that photobucket shit on them, just ignore it, it's old drawing.

today we use things like imgur and similar, and sometimes dropbox with a hax.

These are splendid. I wonder how the early versions would look with the three-pixel porthole, especially around the casemates. three pixel porthole? Was ist das? something we have started to do lately. instead of the Shipbucket standard 4-pixel portholes, we have started to use 3-pixel portholes......
