I assume you're being sarcastic; I don't believe it can. I guess it's probably possible in principle, but god only knows why you'd want to. It can, sort of... Definitely improving. I'd definitely say Nulka might be your only remaining sticking point. BTW, didn't even realize Nulka could be launched...

But is the lower lifetime cost enough to be worth it when it comes to smaller ships? They require more manpower to operate, the turbines doesn't last as long as either gas or steam turbines and the cost of nuclear fuel is directly related, if somewhat behind on the curve, to the cost of oil. At the...

As for nuclear, the smallest nuclear combatant is going to come in at around 5-8k tons. The basing disadvantage is that som...

Canadese? Canadese?

The word you want is Canadian. I know English isn't your first language, but please try harder.

I have no doubt that the F-35 will be in the same over all performance bracket as the F-22 for air to air combat. You seem to not get just how big of a thing the datalinks and sensor fusion is. I don't care how big a thing datalinks & sensor fusion is, doesn't mean jack if the plane gets shot down ...
