In my opinion, there is a happy medium between 'GO FIGURE IT OUT FOR YOURSELF YOU STUPID KID' and 'LET ME DO ALL OF YOUR WORK FOR YOU'. I'd phrase it something like: 'This is what I know; I encourage you to do your own additional research and give me rational arguments if you come to a different un...

Speaking of (your guys) worklists...while I was browsing the archive for the renewed gunnery sheets, I felt bit shamed how poorly French and Japanese navies (pre-45) were presented there. So if anyone is having hard time to figure out what he wants to draw, then... *wink, wink* ;)

maybe there is an better way of showing it, but we will never get guns placed on the wrong positions again I have never felt Shipbucket itself should have educational responsibility to teach the kids some of the very basics of ship-engineering. I don't want to give them free pass, I want them to su...

Deck peneration of some guns migth be impossible to determ, as well as IMO its not that useful...

I think we keep the basic layout of the old sheets. Just add more stuff and updated drawings, no need to go Overmaking it. Simple naming and mm/caliber length would be sufficent for the name... Also, post the stuff in here. I will Also go trough some drawings, specially bigger capital units just to ...

Yeah, I just found that out really myself. Bofors and Bofors "style" gunnery has allways been close to my heart...And Dutch had made the best looking ones of those IMO. I would suggest to open a set of discussions for each item, maybe with same basic root: Renew part sheets - post WW2 gunnery Renew ...
