Tohoseiryu has been permanently banned from both the SB forum and discord server for challenge voting in bad faith -- analysis of his votes revealed scores of "10" given to three of his friends and scores of "1" given to everyone else.
Note that challenge vote rigging will not be tolerated and anyone voting in bad faith will be permanently banned.
