Yes, it is the undue length of the hull forward that is the main problem. Also, the superstructure appears somewhat squat; but as Mike says, with some further work it can be resolved; and maybe a full hull would be a good idea?

ill try to do my very best this weekend for an update. i tried to make the hull as good as i could for first , now i will make it try to make it better.

The problem isn't that the hull is too long, the problem is that the superstructure went through the dry cycle too long.

It looks like it needs some more work near the bridge. For these designs you can probably get some help from the Hyūga class.

you forget one thing: the photo is slightly turned. most of the things you say aren't correct, just because the picture is a bit off.
the flight deck railings are turned down, as they should be when there are heli's on the deck.
the size is correct.
you are right about the vehicle door and some small parts on the bridge, the other parts are right.
