She looks good, but I'd tone down the shading several notches.

Great drawing indeed. Now to constructive criticism.
Many details lack the black outline; for example: the propeller guard, the windows and the navigation light on the bridge, the mooring gear on the bow, the boat davits etc.
Also I agree with Thiel about the shading; it's way to excessive.

could you please make an version with only 3 tones of shading on the funnels and masts, as per shipbucket standard? maybe the same for the hull, but I think that is allowed as the ship has an rather unique shape
take an look at the fact that the stern should not be as shaded as it is, because, while it is round, it is also angled to the bow, making light from above fall on it.

other then that, it looks great!

In 1915 Hamidiye has rearmed with german naval guns (15cm SK L/45 and 7.5cm SK L/50). I think that the ship did not have Russian guns.
