I never made a "blank" version -- just check the Worcester drawings and grab that one
With some minor edits it will work for the helicopters carried aboard the Iowas.

Great work on the 50s and 60s variations. Take a look at my drawings of the Worcester class cruisers for some newer versions of various parts (helicopter jumps out especially)
Where can I find the template of the Sikorsky please ?
