Real Hellas also had these minesweepers and one uncle from my mother side (husband of my mother's sister) served on YMS in mid 1960's during his military duty in Navy.

Nice to see YMS minesweepers in Shipbucket.

I saw previous one as well, but could not comment then. Adter all, I have wrote in plural ("minesweepers") to include all SB YMS drawn.

I think that these were the only export Japanese submarines of the period, Thailand had also a pair of Japanese cruisers in that era.

Thailand was maybe the biggest owner for export japanese war ships. The Siamese navy (still named Siam when they were commissioned) manned japanese sloops (Tachin class) and coast defence battleships (Sri Ayuthia class), but no cruisers.
Two light cruisers were ordered in 1938 but to " Cantieri Riuniti dell 'Adriatico" (Trieste, Monfalcone, Italy).
