The aircraft in your 1936 drawing is incorrect, the OS2U didn't make it's first flight until 1938. They would have been using the Curtiss SOC Seagull's up to through at least the end 1940. I'm not sure when they switched to the OS2U but they had switched by mid 1942.

Very good, I was unable to find when the switch took place. :( :oops:

The planes have been replaced. :D

I think it would be safe to say the switch occurred sometime in 1941.
