Tulpar is a combined icebreaker, supply vessel and standby vessel for very shallow waters built by Ulstein Verft in 2002 for BUE Marine.

It is designed for Caspian Sea, which is a vast salt water lake. It frozens in winter, so icebreaker is needed.
