After the Pearl Harbor attack, Cassin and Downes colapsed at the dry dock and sufered extensive fire damage. They were recovered and were completely rebuilt under a new design:

It's still in need of some work, the Anti-aliased labels, the drawing still has gray on it where there should be Measure 22 blue...

Done...
Not quite, labels are still wrong. And it's still showing gray in some areas.
