These images are for HMS Hermes in 1982 or thee about. In the top view the ski-jump is clearly visible, and also visible are the LCP's installed when the ship was converted from a carrier for Harrier operations.
Also please note that when built HMS Hermes did not have the 'Alaska highway' on the starboard side of the island.

It was the only drawing of Hermes I could find and was using it for general shape only.I could really do with good quality scans to draw her as first commisioned 1959.The re-fit can wait till original version is done. 8-)

Please note that HMS Hermes when built had only 40mm guns. The Sea Cat was added during the 1966 refit, when all 40mm guns were landed.

Thanks mates.I went for 1966 cos I liked the sea cats,and tried to make her a bit different from her half sisters.Just got to do the other side now.Easy :lol: :lol:
