I started working on this one as part of my AU. Have no idea how to make the Lion better/different, so I started on the real life ship instead, I decided to finish the drawing and post it here.

I won't go into too much details on the specs as it is easily available on wikipedia, also I'm lazy, tired and want to go to sleep.
Also, I did some tweaking on the battleship grey paint scheme. Later I will post a version of the drawing with my approximation of the WWI mid-grey color scheme.

I've added the HMS Lion as she appeared in 1915 with the mid-war battlecruiser paint scheme with the dark grey or dark blue mid-section and the Royal Navy's mid grey colour scheme. I don't know what year she received the tripod foremast conversion, so I'll leave that for the 1916 variant.

Edit: Added the 1916 version with the tripod conversion, aa gun added and overall grey colour scheme.

I've updated the drawings of the Lion with new rigging and tweaks to the armor and color scheme.

I'll say it here, instead of posting in 100 different post. Your updates are definitely really good. On some of them, was the ship color really that dark, it's just wow

Yeah, the Royal Navy definetivly favoured dark colors. They revised all of their colors early in WW1 due to them quickly running out of dark pigments. They also made the colors straight grey, with no hint of blue or green hue.
