Because there weren't anything to read when they posted it. Ace hadn't told us he weren't making the ship in the renders, but only using them as an inspiration. (Incidentally, this would IMHO make this more of a personal design rather than a never were.)

On balance this would still be in the correct section, as Ace is still working from a proposed design. Reasonably, we can't always render these concepts 100% :)

this is still never build, as I make the ship like it would have been build. not as the renders show it, because if I did that, some systems (see the LW-08) would not even fit! so IMO, this should still be in NBD section, but feel free to move it if necesarry.
