Maybe you'll do also the L’Opiniatre, a modified Le Hardi type with 2 twin 100mm AA guns and the main armament was six 130mm guns in twin mountings with 30 degrees elevation only.

The Le Hardi class had several aborted armament layouts before the events of 1940-42 hampered further work. Of course the Axis powers had other plans for these ships too.

Great work though.

I'd love to see the Le Fier-class Torpedo Boats that were still on the stocks when the Germans invaded, both the original French design and the planned German fit.

The French dockyard workers sabotaged their work and none were ever completed for Germany BTW.

Hello again

The French modified their destroyer designs every couple of weeks before their surrender; the following are not the final ones, merely representative examples (and the last design versions before June 1940 would not have been final in any way had the French the chance to change the design yet again... and again... and again). Whoever prefers any of the zillion other designs - the drawings are there, modify them and have fun!

And did not someone say something about the Le Fier??

Love the Le Fier class... just wondering, how come it didn't have a fore gun mount?

Great set of drawings here. BTW the Le Fier class were the base upon which Spain built its Audaz class destroyers.
