If you only have a single row of rafts, and the walkway would be way too wide otherwise, you're short about 2000 people.
The solution I shoved gets the rafts inside the screens which protects them from the elements and it's more stealthy than your set-up.
And the biggest plus, they'll be far more accessible in an emergency since you have the entire lower flightdeck to assemble on.

Another problem with your set-up is that no less than 4000 people has to get into the rafts via ten doors and a walkway where you probably wont be able to fit more than two at a time. Not going to be easy.

I went for 50 person liferafts (there was posted that these were standard, or even 100 on the US carriers....) with that given, and the fact that this ship will have an 2500-3000 crew, it should be enough. if you are not content with it, change it yourself, this is the finished product for me.
