Hello again!

A little fallout from my AU, represented as realistically as available sources allow:

1. Spähkreuzer 1938

This image represents the final design as laid down in 1941; as there seem no original plans of that type left, I choose a drawing from a russian site as source which showed the most details. This unfortunately does not mean they are all correct.

For the next two, I found very good reference drawings, also on a russian source (the forum of tsushima.su, all in Russian, finding these pix was pure coincidence), scanned from some German book, don't know which one.

2. Geleitboot 1941

3. Zerstörer 1945

Greetings
GD

They all look really good GD.

It always surprised me how long it took the Germans to finally design a DP gun/turret for their ships. The same gun as on the Zerstorer/45 would have gone well on the Spahkreuzer.

All three of these drawings are excellent.
Very welcome additions to the bucket. The details look great too.

I drew my own Geleitboot 1941 for my private Imperial German project off the Hochseeflotte drawing, the German parts sheet and DG Alpha's underwater setup from his KB 1936. Our drawings of GB 1941 are largely identical, although Garlic's is much superior in details.

I used Ashley's spahkreuzer as the basis for a development, the Flakkreuzer 1938, for carrier escort. Garlic's drawing is simply superb, as is the 1945 destroyer project.
