Yeah, I missed the part of this being of Burke's fleet so obviously this doesn't apply. I've actually corresponded with the guy a few times, so I should know better :p

Yes, I plan to eventually; right now I'm kitbashing something for my own use (by that I mean pure enjoyment). But rest assured there will be more drawings in the future.
