In october of 1918, nearing the end of the war, the decision was made to hand over the entirety of the Austro-Hungarian navy to the newly formed nation of Croats, Slovenes and Serbs, later reformed into the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, aka Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The decision was made to prevent the hand-over of KuK ships to Entente nations. Irl this did not work, and most of the ships were ceded to Italy, France, the UK and the US. Some smaller ships were kept by the new fledgling nation. Pretty much all of the large ships faced scrapping in the early-mid 20s.

In this AU I will explore the possibility of Yugoslavia keeping the ships, all of them. There were some uncompleted ships in advanced stages of construction, such as the light cruisers built for China, and the Ersatz Zenta light cruiser design. I will not include the Ersatz Monarch battleships, as very little work was done, and they are way too big and complex to complete, even with substantial foreign aid.

I have gotten around to doing the entire submarine fleet, using both the submarines that survived the war, as well as the unfinished boats that had any actual work done to them, mostly 2 units per class spread out between 4 total classes; two large oceanic submarines and two smaller oceanic classes. There should be a fifth class of two submarines, the U-48 class, but all I have is info, and no image/drawing of what they would have looked like, but they were quite big (70m range.)
