few comments:
not APAR and AEGIS on one ship. it's the one or the other. if you choose the APAR, you will need an SMART-L as well, you will need to update it with the new APAR as well, which is in the LCF thread and from tommorrow on the dutch parts sheet. with the APAR you won't need the director as well.
the hull also looks weird.... but otherwise nice design.

Paul - I'm not sure about the SPY-1 placement, I think they are way to low, and I'd pull up the torpedo tubes up to the hanger deck so they can share ammunition supplies.

he had an APAR on this ship.... but it is removed already.

the missile directors are ok now, becuase for spy-1 you'll need them.

Your exhaust and air intake arrangement are insufficient even for a diesel.
